ERRA-TVS Search and Reporting Modules
When a bunch of records has been cleared by the QC department and have been placed under a batch, complete searching can be done using “The Complete Search module”.
System has a complete reporting module, in which you may create custom reports by using a simple wizard.
ERRA-TVS Data Entry Process
Once the received forms are scanned and are imported by the Data Acquisition Module, they are distributed among teams through bulk assignments. This distribution is handled by the administration through the “Operator Work Load Management Module".
Data entry operators enter data in the system from scanned forms by using the following application.
ERRA- Targeted Vulnerability Survey
The TVS system act to assist assigned staff to enter the data and can access the records of all earthquake affectees. With the help of this system, ERRA will help in providing better services to earth quake victims for rehabilitation of their homes and it will also make the process of data collection more efficient, smooth and transparent.
Electronic Damage Assessment and Audit System is designed to fulfill the need of a robust and fraud-proof data-collection and processing system for the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) to expedite and automate the data collection efforts, eliminate the risks of frauds in funds distribution to the effecters and automate the data entry process.
The main objective of the system is to process the collected forms and deliver a centralized MIS to distribute the collected information to the concerning bodies and departments through highly secure distribution channels.
The collection and processing of forms will be carried out through a smooth process with robust verification and validation procedures.
